該項目位于城南天府一街，緊鄰成都七中、天府國際社區，為未來城南高端居住核心區域，享周邊配套伊藤洋華堂、錦城湖公園等，人文氣息濃厚，擁有良好的教育資源和便利的交通條件。

 

該項目依照建筑的類型可劃分為高層住宅區、洋房和別墅區。高層住宅區的景觀設計采用現代風格，并且避免了景觀元素繁瑣的搭配方式，用簡潔、干練的線條詮釋簡約而現代的審美風格；而洋房和別墅區的景觀設計則展示出北美風格，結合幾個典型的北美小鎮建筑，對植物進行合理配置，營造出詩情畫意般的氛圍，充分體現了人們對美好生活的向往和追求。

 

設計師著重強調了景觀元素之間的協調性，將該項目的Logo進行演變，并將其與水景、植物、小品、鋪地相結合，從而成為了該項目獨一無二的景致。

 

 

Parkfront No.5, is situated on Tianfu Street 1, adjacent to Chengdu No.7 Middle School and Tianfu International Community, which will be the core zone for future high-end residential in the south urban. With Ito Yokado and Jinchenghu Park right beside, the project shares the equipment. It is advantagedly possesed with profound human culture atmo-sphere, refined education resources and convenient transportation.

 

Based on architecture layout, it's consisted of high rise, townhouse and villa. High rise zone landscape takes in modern style, which simplifies traditional elements and interpretes laconic modern aesthetic judgment through simple lines. While North American style is utilized within townhouse and villa zone. Combined with typical North American town architecture, plantings are maiwhich showsigned to create poetic atmosphere, showing pursuit and desire for ideal life. 

 

The design gives priority to the element harmony, interpreting the logo No.5 into several forms of water feature, planting, ornaments and paving pattern. It's aimed to create the one and only scenery.
